What we can’t do
We can’t diagnose a skin reaction, tell you whether a specific product is safe for you, or give personalized medical or dermatological advice by email. For persistent irritation, an allergic reaction, or anything skin-related, please see a dermatologist or other qualified professional instead.

We read everything that comes in, but this isn’t a staffed support line, so there’s no fixed response time to promise. Simple, specific messages (what page, what tool, what happened) are the easiest to act on.
